THE PODCAST
Tune in to the Thrive A/F Podcast, our main hub for deep-dive conversations. We feature powerful stories and insights directly from the Thrive A/F community, detailing how physical preparation unlocks real-world adventures.
Thrive A/F is a collaboration between Lou Fratto and Keith Calleja, who met in college and have been friends ever since. Lou has been a physical therapist for more than 27 years in Delray Beach, Florida. Keith is one of the founders and owners of CrossFit Terminus in Atlanta, Georgia.
Even though they have been separated by distance, they discovered that their core beliefs about aging and a broad set of health, fitness, and longevity topics have evolved on parallel paths over the years.
When Lou published his first book Thrive: A Physical Therapist’s Guide to Longevity in 2025, they began a series of back and forth discussions about how to bring the ideas in the book to a broader audience, and decided to launch the Thrive A/F Podcast.
